Tuna Pasta Salad

Cold elbow macaroni tossed in a tangy, creamy yogurt-cottage cheese dressing with grainy mustard and dill. Flaked tuna carries the bulk of it, with crisp red pepper and celery cutting through the richness. Pickle and its brine keep every bite sharp.
